Guide 4: Verify AureusCentral account

You must verify your AureusCentral account with mobile number and ID number, if you didn’t verify your account will could not able to withdraw (send AUR out).

1. Verify your phone number:

To do this you need login to Telegram with the phone number that registered with your AureusCentral account:

  • Chat with @aureuscentralbot
  • /start
  • Share your contact number with bot
  • After that, login back to AureusCentral to check status of your phone.

2. Verify Identification Document:

Please follow these steps:

  • Go to Setting of AureusCentral, check your First Name & Last Name is exactly like your  name in identification document, including “MIDDLE” name or “BIN/BINTI/AP/AL”
  • Upload photo of your identification document (please resize it before upload – the easy way to resize is send your photo to telegram chat and download it again)
  • Enter your ID number after upload ID photo.
  • And wait for the verifying result (It takes around 1 or 2 hours).

Note:

  • ID number not include “-” or “.” or ” “
  • If you have “MIDDLE” name or “BIN/BINTI/AP/AL”, these must be include in Last name or First name

      Please not manually key in the phone number. You must use the function “Share my phone number” of Telegram. Thanks.

        Yes, me too. I can’t find “share my phone number” function in telegram. Can you show a sample or picture the place of it?

          Look at the top left of you chat windows with bot. There is 3 dot menu, click on that to use “Share my phone number” function.

      Hello,

      Here is our step-by-step process to change phone numbers:

      1. Please send an email to support@aureus.cc with the subject of “Request change of phone number” only then will the proper corresponding support team be able to carry out your request.
      2. In your email please include:
      – your username
      – a clear photograph with the following:
      a. the person who owns the account must be present in the photograph
      b. the person must hold up their official valid ID (make sure it is visible in the picture so we can verify it) and also hold up a piece of paper including the number that they wish to use

      Once you send the email, you will then be able to receive the support you need.

    I had downloaded my ID unfortunately the ID no coloum was wrongly entered as my full name.

      1. Change your Fisrt nam and Last name in AureusCentral setting the same with your ID doc.

      2. Upload photo of your ID doc (resize before upload)

      3. Enter your ID number below Photo upload field (do not enter your name here)

      Because you have more than one account using the same number. Please mail to support@aureus.cc for requesting change phone number.
