These Terms of Service set out the terms upon which Aureus Bitcoin Community provides the services to the Citizen on which you agree to and apply to the service provided to the Citizen.


By clicking ‘I agree’ to these terms and conditions of service at the end of this document you agree to adhere to and to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms of service, you will not be able to participate in the proposed ABC scheme.


In these Terms and Conditions of Service:-

–  “ABC Community” means the scheme in place to earn either BTC or Aureus dividends for the Citizens.

–  “Aureus” means the digital currency known as Aureus.

–  “Bitkingdom” means the collective unincorporated community known as Bitkingdom

–  “AureusCentral” means the collective unincorporated community known as AureusCentral

–  “Wallet” means the private wallet held by a Citizen in AureusCentral which stores their Aureus balance;

–  “BTC Capital Reserve” means 15,000 Bitcoins.

–  “Cryptocrest” means the appointed governing administrators of the ABC Scheme.

–  “Citizen” means a person who is participating in the unincorporated community known as AureusCentral.

–  “Dividend” means a payment made to a holder of Aureus in bitcoin from profits earned from the BTC Capital Reserve.

–  “Aureus Public Wallet” means a wallet set up outside of AureusCentral for the purposes of holding, selling, transferring or receiving Aureus.

–  “Registration” means a citizen agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Service and proving their current ownership of Aureus.

–  “Pledging” means an allocation of a certain balance in a Citizen’s AureusCentral Wallet and pledge it to the BTC Capital Reserve to earn Dividends in Aureus every month in their AureusCentral Wallet;

–  “Account” means Individually registered accounts with Bitkingdom.org with existing Aureus balance. These accounts have been registered with legal documentations attached (I.D. or Passport)

–  “AML documentation” means the documentation required to be provided by the Citizen as set out herein in our Anti Money Laundering Policy.

–  “Bitcoin” or “BTC” means the digital currency known as Bitcoin


The ABC Scheme has been set up by a number of individuals to assist the citizens of AureusCentral and owners and users of Aureus to ensure the continuity and development of

AureusCentral and Aureus. The overall purpose is to increase the value of Aureus and to increase the wealth of Bitkingdom Citizens using a capital reserve of Bitcoins that are held by a custodian and used for the purposes of marginal trading investments. The returns on those investments will be returned to the Citizens and owners of Aureus.


AureusCentral Citizen’s will have the choice of remaining within the AureusCentral community as a citizen and receiving a payment of Aureus each month or the Citizen will be able to remove their Aureus coins, subject to the provisions set out in clause (insert) to a public wallet and receive bitcoin dividends on a monthly basis.


For Citizen’s that remain within the AureusCentral Community, the payment of Aureus Dividend each month will be calculated according to Aureus issuance monthly net of management fees, server maintenance fees and other approved bonuses for citizens. Only 21 Million Aureus would be issued and a minimum of 80% would be distributed to remaining citizens who pledge their Aureus over the span of 3 years beginning 1st March 2017. After all 21 Million Aureus has been issued no further Aureus would issued and any income generated would either go to Aureus Bitcoin Trust or maintenance of Aureus as a cryptocurrency. On 1st March 2020 All citizens would be required to exit AureusCentral and automatically their balance would be transferred automatically into public wallets. Public wallets would continue to receive the dividends from the BTC capital reserves.


For Citizen’s who leave the AureusCentral community and place their Aureus into a public wallet, the payment of Bitcoin dividends will be calculated each month as follows:- ( Dividends declared – (Trust or custodian fees + management fees) / Total Aureus in Public Wallet.


For those Citizen’s who wish to leave the AureusCentral community and place their Aureus into a public wallet, the following provisions and rules will apply:

–  Citizen’s cannot transfer more than 30% of their holding in any one month.

–  Once they are removed from the Aureus from AureusCentral community and have elected to receive Bitcoin dividends, these Aureus cannot enter back into the AureusCentral Community.


The Capital Reserve of Bitcoins held by the ABC Scheme for investment on behalf of the Citizen’s is 15,000.00. These bitcoins have been transferred into BTC exchanges by a trusted Third Party which will be disclosed by April 7th 2017. If BTC reaches milestone USD prices of USD5,000 or USD10,000, a round of voting would be done whether or not to liquidate the reserve. Voting rights would for each account depends of the number of Aureus held in wallets by that particular citizen. If liquidated, all BTC would be divided equally according to Aureus balance in both wallets nett of all relevant liquidation costs including termination of advisory and custodians.


By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Service, you are authorizing the ABC Scheme to irrevocably invest the BTC Capital Reserve for the purposes of marginal trading and investments as they deem suitable to ensure that the best possible returns are obtained for the Citizens.


Notwithstanding the information within these Terms and Conditions of Service, the Citizen acknowledges and agrees that they are agreeing to these terms of their own free will and without any reliance on the information provided by the ABC Scheme and acceptance is at the sole risk of the Citizen.


The ABC Scheme will adhere to and comply with all anti money laundering regulations in place,

As part of the money laundering procedures the ABC Scheme adhere to, as part of registration, each citizen will provide by to the ABC Scheme administrators:

–  A notarised copy of their passport or any other government issued photographic

–  Proof of address by way of a utility bill, bank statement or credit card statement.


It is an offence for any person to engage or abet the commission of money laundering and terrorist financing and the ABC Scheme reserve the right to suspend or expel any Citizen who is reasonably suspected of any offence under the Anti Money Laundering Act in and to report them to the relevant authorities and to disclose their private information such as their name, address and proof of identification documents.


The ABC Scheme will use third party advisors and or custodians and any fees payable to such third parties to implement, assist with or to ensure the continuing success of the ABC Scheme will be paid by the ABC Scheme as an expense.


Any Citizen wishing to remain in the AureusCentral Community must be over the age of 18 years old. The ABC Scheme reserve the right of requesting evidence from any Citizen as to their age, their location, their identity and their residential address. If the Citizen refuses to provide any such information within 6 months of a formal request being made by the ABC Scheme, the ABC Scheme reserve the right to suspend or expel the Citizen who will then forfeit any Aureus they hold.


If any current Citizen does not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Service within 30 days from

the date of publication, their Aureus will be held in a suspense account pending them providing their agreement and also their AML documentation. If after a period of 6 months from the date of publication a Citizen has not agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Service and/or not provided their AML documentation, they will forfeit their Aureus holding which will revert to the ABC Scheme who will at their sole discretion either redistribute the Aureus coin to the remaining Citizens or liquidate the Aureus for payment of administrative expenses.


Only residents of Asia are able to be a Citizen of AureusCentral. However, a citizen of any country in the world is able to hold Aureus in a public wallet and are responsible for complying with the respective laws of their own jurisdiction.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).


The ABC Scheme may at its sole discretion amend these Terms and Conditions of Service upon giving 30 days notice on the website. The Citizen accepts responsibility for checking the website from time to time to check for any such notices.


The ABC Scheme is the representative of the Citizens and the owner of the website which includes any software, domains and content made available through the website. The respective brands are owned by the ABC Scheme and are protected by International Intellectual Property laws. Without limitation this means that you may not sell, export, licence, modify, copy, distribute or transmit any part of the website or any material provided through it.

Any unauthorised use of the website and/or services provided will result in automatic termination of your right to be a Citizen and hold Aureus. Your Aureus will be confiscated by default and will be used at the sole discretion of the ABC Scheme.

The brands are unregistered trademarks or trade dress of the ABC Scheme, They may not be used without the express written permission of the ABC Scheme administrators.


The ABC Scheme is run by administrators as representatives of the Citizens and for the benefit of the community. No administrator of the ABC Scheme will be held liable for any act that is outside of their control, including, but not limited to, hacking, viruses, delays or failures in performance of services which result from any event beyond the reasonable control of the ABC Scheme.


No one other than a party to this agreement shall have any right to enforce any of its provisions.


Each party shall comply with all laws, enactments, regulations, regulatory policies, guidelines and industry codes applicable to them and shall maintain such authorisations and all other approvals, permits and authorities as are required from time to time to perform their obligations under or in connection with this Agreement.


ThelanguageofthisagreementisinEnglish. Alldocuments,notices,waivers,variationsandother written communications relating to this Agreement shall be in English.
